I'm thrilled! I was hesitant to take this tour because it was raining in Nepal and I thought I'd be completely blind 😅 But it turned out I needn't have worried; the mountains were right in front of me! And my dream came true! I saw Everest! I highly recommend the tour. The driver picked us up from the hotel, took us to the airport, gave us a lunchbox with breakfast ☺️, and then took us back to the hotel after the tour. The flight attendants were great—they kept pointing out which mountain was which the entire flight. After the flight, we were given a certificate stating that we'd seen Everest 🏔️

The views on right side of flight were the best and clearer compared to my friend who sat on the left. The pick up and drop off was easy! I wish there was a little more info about the mountains.

I didn't have to contact customer support. It was very easy to install and received a signal throughout Nepal. It was worse closer to the Indian border in Lumbini. But I guess I needed to tweak something. But for just one day, you shouldn't need it. Overall, I highly recommend it!
