Due to a lack of people, we had to change to a different tour (Yehliu was added), but we were satisfied because we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Trip was very accommodating and I'm very happy with how they handled the change. The tour guide was able to stay on schedule with precision and get around efficiently. It was my first time, so it was fine, but next time I'd like to take a little more time to see each tourist spot. Jiufen Old Street was a place where I wanted to stay for more than two hours!★

I applied for a Japanese tour, but two days before the tour, I received a call saying that the number of participants had not been met, so I was able to change to an English or Chinese tour. The response was also very good. The actual tour guide, Jackie, also spoke Japanese, and was very kind and wonderful.★

The itinerary was very good, the tour guide James was very serious and responsible, and took us to several points suitable for taking pictures and punching in. Each guest also has a bottle of water, which solves the problem of hot thirst.★

Sunny is great and even though it was a very hot day, her energy kept us moving. The shops on the old streets are overpriced some of them. The visit at the pastry factory was great, the pineapple pie are delicious.★

I used it from Tainan to Taoyuan. I reserved a time in advance on the official website and headed to the station. When I showed my passport and reservation number at the ticket counter, they asked if I wanted to change the time, and when I told them I was fine with leaving it as it was, they issued me a paper ticket. They spoke simple Japanese and English. The interior of the car was air-conditioned, making for a quiet and comfortable trip.
