I used it in Pakse and Luang Prabang. I had no problems connecting in both locations. Even if I exceeded my daily data limit, the speed was slow, but it was very helpful to be able to connect to the internet. Installation was easy. I would definitely use it again. The SIM card format is convenient because you don't have to go anywhere to get a physical card; everything arrives by email immediately after payment. It's set up in a couple of clicks and works in multiple countries. On this trip, I used it in South America, specifically Brazil and a little bit of Argentina. Internet access was fine in the largest cities, but when traveling through smaller towns and villages, the SIM card shows 3G but no internet. Overall, it's very convenient for the price.
