A great day trip, well-organized and efficient. The tour operator created a group chat beforehand, and the tour guide sent out important information the day before. We booked a small group tour in an Alphard van. There were four of us, and the experience was great. It was drizzling that day, and the driver and guide even helped us carry umbrellas. They were also very professional at taking photos, and they took some great shots. The attractions were all worthwhile: the Blue Spring was crystal clear, the geothermal activity was amazing, and Huka Falls was breathtaking.
