I'm giving it 4 stars simply because I would have liked a cold tub to complete the experience. It's a place where you can relax outdoors immersed in NATURALLY hot water. If you like luxury, don't come. It's a very average place. If you're not demanding, you'll be fine.

The spa itself is intimate and private, at least the Deluxe section. The pools, with varying temperatures and water types, are lovely, but very small for the number of people who wanted to try them. The view of the lake and the mountains in the background is also beautiful. The towels (constantly changed), lockers, toiletries, and the added bonus of the heated chairs are much appreciated.
