Reviews: Etosha National Park: Full or Half-Day Game Drive

We had a great day with our guide Amon. He is very helpful, polite, and has an incredible eye for identifying animals from afar. We highly recommend him. The next day, we drove around the park on our own, but nothing compares to a guided tour with an experienced guide who knows how to find the animals and gives super interesting explanations about them! Remember that the entrance fee to Etosha National Park is not included in the tour price. It's an additional N$280 that must be paid per person at the park entrance.

We had Laban as a guide. He was very nice and knew a lot of intresting facts about the animals. He also knew were to go to in order to have the best possible views on the animals. He also asked multiple times if we were fine or wanted to stay longer at one sight or if we‘re good to go. We saw most of the animals we wanted, but obviously it is not in the hands of the guide what animals we‘ll see. In the morning it was quite cold, I feel like there could have been better warnings about that, but there were blankets in the car, so all good. Great overall experience.
