We were picked up from our hotel. The driver and guide Michael were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this tour. Very interesting and great demonstration of the volcano's power. Absolutely outstanding driving through the landscape.

After booking, all necessary information was provided clearly, and everything ran exactly according to schedule. The excursion was well organized from start to finish. Pick-up was on time, and the bus was clean and comfortable. Travelling by bus offered clear advantages over visiting by car: we avoided the long queues at the entrance and were able to follow the exclusive route through the stunning and otherworldly volcanic landscape - an area not accessible by private vehicles. We chose not to join the optional camel ride, but the nearby café and souvenir shop provided a pleasant alternative. This also gave us time to enjoy the unique volcanic surroundings at our own pace. Overall, the excursion was smooth, well managed, and delivered exactly as advertised. A recommended experience for anyone visiting Lanzarote.


