A big thumbs up to Uncle Big Head on WeChat on February 24th! He provided clear information, location, and photos in advance, and was very enthusiastic and meticulous in replying to questions and offering helpful reminders. His driving was very smooth and safe, and the itinerary and arrangement of the three attractions were well-planned. His descriptions of the attractions and restaurants were concise. All three attractions are traditional and representative, rich in local culture and history. Uncle Big Head deserves high praise for his itinerary planning.ā

1ļøā£ Climb to the top of "Umbrella Pine Park" for a bird's-eye view of the sandbar
ā Take the cable car to the top (round trip Ā„720), and take a "reverse Fuji" composition from the viewpoint overlooking the sea.
ā Hidden spot: The west side of the observation deck at the top of the mountain offers a stunning view of the sandbar and the Aso Sea side-by-side!
2ļøā£ Walk barefoot on the "Natural White Sand Beach"
ā Take off your shoes and walk on 2km of pure white sand. The seawater washing over your ankles at high tide is incredibly soothing.
ā Rent a bicycle (Ā„500/hour) and chase seagulls along the sandbar, feeling the shape of the wind.
3ļøā£ Visit "Chieunji Temple" for amulets
ā Vermilion torii gates paired with century-old pine trees; seek amulets for academic success/marriage (from Ā„800).
ā Touch the "Manjushri Wisdom Wheel" and spin it three times; legend says it will make you smarter!ā

This trip was absolutely perfect! The itinerary was scientifically and reasonably planned, ensuring a wealth of sightseeing content while maintaining just the right pace, making the trip relaxing and enjoyable. A special highlight was the ride on the unique cat-shaped tram ā its adorable design was a delightful surprise. The coastal scenery along the way was breathtaking, with the azure sea and sky a truly invigorating experience. The seafood and other local delicacies at the market were unforgettable, fresh and delicious. The best part of the entire trip was our guide, Mr. Zhao, whose detailed explanations and numerous entertaining anecdotes made the whole journey both fulfilling and joyful ā definitely worth recommending!ā
