The driver and leader Thomas was very responsible. He emailed us two days in advance to wait in the hotel lobby at 7:00 in the morning and asked if we needed to prepare lunch boxes. The car arrived 5 minutes in advance on the day of departure. A van full of eight of our tourists arrived at the destination smoothly. Thomas handed us over to the English guide at Auschwitz and told us to go to the bathroom first, where there are fewer people, and then we followed the tour guide to the attraction. Set aside 15 minutes at noon, everyone returns to the car to eat, and then continue to visit the second camp. For people who like history, this is a visit with a deep experience.  The return trip was also very smooth, and it was sent directly back to the hotel. ★

Positive experience. Overall, the tour was well-organized. I would have preferred to visit the two sites more slowly, but I understand the length of the tour due to the high turnover of people. The explanations were clear and informative in Italian.★

At first, the address of the pick-up location was a bit surprising, because there was no office there. However, the ride arrived at the agreed time and the driver really took good care of the group. Very clear instructions! The guide on site was clear-spoken and also took care of his group. I recommend a warm tour in the most terrifying place in history.
