Convenient, simple, and fast, you don't have to leave your hotel room. SMS messages are in Thai, which is incomprehensible. You can't make calls. Only the internet is very inexpensive. I haven't contacted customer support. Only the eSIM option works. Overall, the experience is excellent.★
