Everything was good, even better if we can stay longer at the wildlife park. Even though the time was short, but we have very good arrangement, cover the main things like photos with koala/ wombat, kangaroo feeding. The 4wd and sand boarding was fun too. To me, I would prefer to stay a bit longer at the wildlife park than pinnacle. Overall I'm very happy with the trip.★

Overall, this was a worthwhile tour experience. Transportation was excellent, with a large and comfortable bus that made traveling between locations smooth and convenient. The dinner included in the package was acceptable and adequately prepared. However, the real strength of this tour was the quality of the guides. They were not only informative but also exceptionally funny and energetic. Their humor and ability to connect with guests made the trip more memorable and enjoyable. Thanks to their efforts, the tour felt lively, well-organized, and entertaining from start to finish.★

During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, I joined an English-language day tour of the Margaret River and Busselton Pier, and the overall experience was extremely satisfying – a five-star review!
Although the itinerary involved an early start and late finish – leaving the city around 7 am and returning after 9 pm – it was a very fulfilling day, well worth the price. We visited several places in one day, including Busselton Pier, the lighthouse, and the caves. The itinerary was well-organized yet efficient, with ample time for photos and exploration at each site.
The guide and driver were professional and friendly, providing clear explanations and creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout the trip. Lunch was a pleasant surprise – very generous, with several set menus to choose from: beef burgers, chicken burgers, and pizza. I ended up ordering the Margaret pizza, which was enormous – far too much for one person – and tasted delicious.
Overall, it was a rich, well-serviced, and excellent value day tour. Although we didn't get back to the city until after 9 pm, I didn't regret it at all; in fact, I felt the day was incredibly worthwhile.★

The trip was wonderful! We experienced sandboarding on the dunes and enjoyed the beautiful sunset and night views of the Pinnacles ❤️ Our guide was incredibly friendly and provided detailed explanations at each site, making it a truly unforgettable experience 👍 There was a small mishap: I accidentally scraped myself while sandboarding, and the guide, who had prepared a safety kit, offered support and helped treat my wound. Also, I accidentally dropped my action camera into the sand during the sandboarding trip 😭. I thought the chances of finding it were slim, but the guide rallied the rest of the group to help search. Finally, thanks to everyone's efforts, the camera was recovered. I felt so cared for and am very grateful for everyone's help. If I have another trip, I will definitely choose to join their tour again.★
