The service was standard; the location indicated on Ctrip was accurate. Upon arrival, the staff asked for the number below the QR code, making ticket exchange easy. There were signs for the ticket office along the way. The itinerary itself was fine, but it's best to rent a bicycle on the island, otherwise, getting around is extremely difficult.

I used it on a trip from Vietnam to Hong Kong and it worked in both! However, the signal was extremely poor in downtown Hong Kong. It worked fine in Vietnam (Hanoi) and Hong Kong Disneyland. Hong Kong uses eSIMs with real-name registration, but the moment I arrived in Hong Kong and turned on the SIM, a URL was sent to my SMS. I turned on the airport Wi-Fi, entered my SIM information, name, and a photo of my passport using that URL, and it started working immediately. It was easier than I expected.
