The ticketing process was simple and quick. Before boarding, go to the ticket window to exchange your ticket for a new one, then board the boat. The hydrofoil travels quite fast, and the service was excellent, making for a great experience – a one-hour journey from the Summer Palace to the Winter Palace. Everything went smoothly.
