The price was reasonable, and setting it up on my phone was easy. I activated it immediately after arriving in Korea, and it was very convenient to be able to search for directions to my destination. The only issue was that Pokémon GO took a while to be recognized, and it took a few hours for it to become playable. I'm not sure if it was a setup issue or if the eSIM had just finally settled into my phone, but I was a little worried at first that it wouldn't work for the entirety of my stay. Overall, I plan to use it again next time.★

I usually use an unlimited eSIM with a number, but I purchased this for the first time for my two-day stay. I haven't used it in crowded situations like concerts, so I'm not sure, but I didn't have any problems with the signal for normal use. It's not suitable if you need a Korean phone number, but if you don't need a phone number, it's good value for money and I don't think you'll have any problems! I haven't used customer support, so I don't know.★

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.★
