We had a great day, our guide and driver were both excellent. Our guide was very informative on route to Vesuvius, Advise (take your hiking boots or walking shoes for the final trip up) on route back we stopped off and had some lunch at lovely pizza restaurant we then headed off to Pompeii.
Pompeii was extremely busy but we were well looked after in our group and taken to all the most interesting places within the city.
We can highly recommend this tour agreat day out and food and drink included 😎★

Getting picked up from our cruise port was easy and well organized. The tour guide in Pompeii was very good and was used to navigating through the groups so our experience didn’t feel like we were just being herded like sheep as others seemed to be. He was also very knowledgeable on the history as expected. ★

A great day out. Well organised and friendly staff.
The meeting instructions were clear and the team were there early to greet everyone before we went to the coach. Spent 2 hours at Pompeii where the tour shows you the highlight and the key points before a lunch break. The lunch is not included but the restaurant has a set menu for €17 per person.
The afternoon was a short drive up to the entrance to Vesuvius national park where tickets were provided and got to spend an hour to climb the final part to the peak where you get great views of the coast.
Then a coach ride back to the start completes the day.
Overall a great experience and well worth it as everything is well planned and organised. Would recommend.★

We booked a two hour private tour for Pompeii. It was not enough. Our tour guide Mattia was passionate, knowledgeable and provided us great details of the history of Pompeii. This history and archeological knowledge Mattia posses was astonishing. He made the 2 hour tour seem to go by in 10 minutes . He was engaging, interactive and delightful in his delivery of the history of Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. I would highly recommend you request Mattia and do at least three hours it is well worth the money.★

What an amazing tour by an amazing tour guide! She was from Pompeii and had such a passion and great knowledge of the area! She was so good to our children who were aged 8-24!!
