I discovered the app by accident. I was apprehensive about buying it for the first time, BUT everything worked out great. Payment is easy, the activation code arrives quickly, and the activation itself literally takes a couple of minutes. I landed at the airport in Bangkok, and while waiting in line at passport control, I quickly activated my eSIM and that was it. The connection quality is excellent, it works everywhere, always.
