It was very good. When I arrived in Como, the pace felt a bit rushed, but there was plenty of free time to wander the streets afterwards. After every free time, there was a roll call so that we didn't leave anyone behind. You really have to get there 15 minutes early for these programs, otherwise you might not be able to sit next to each other on the bus. If someone would organize such a tour on their own, be sure to buy skip-the-line tickets for the boat if you don't want to stand in line for hours.
