Was pretty fun, tour guide was great. Public transit was a tad crowded, and the on the water seemed a bit shorter than the 3-4 hour advertisement. (There’s multiple advertisements, one of them said 3-4 hours on the water) We only snorkeled in the water for 40 minutes in total which should have been in the advertisement, not in the FAQ. But this was a fairly cheap excursion and I felt it was worth the money I paid even though I felt it was a bit misrepresented in the advertisement. It was interesting to get a view of the island and the birds.★

We came in early like 30mins early and they welcomed us.
The staff are so warm and friendly. English is good too.
Start of the tour is history of cocoa. Then explain the process of cocoa making.
Then you make the cocoa itself. Its so much fun. Then you get to bring home the chocolate.
After which you were served with chocolate drink and chocolate samples. Where then you get to buy chocolate in their shop.
The garden is filled with cocoa trees, as well as a cinnamon tree
They make their own chocolates with 60 to 100% purity!
Its a must do when in Nuevo nayarit!★

This is our third tour with Estigo, and the second time doing the ATV tour. The guides are super friendly, and provide all info clearly, using good English for those from the States like us. This time there were only a couple of ATV’s in the group, and we appreciated that they let us go a little faster, since we’re experienced drivers, so that added to the fun! But they also made to keep us safe, and kept us together while driving through the city. Beautiful mountain scenery and views! The stops included a tequila tasting, and a second stop at a restaurant with a very clean and clear swimming pool. Very refreshing from the dusty trail. The price was reasonable, and totally worth it for what you get. They look lots of action photos and videos, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that they were included with the tour- no extra charge. We’ll probably continue to repeat this tour every time we come to PV, especially when we’re traveling with family or friends who haven’t done it before. So much fun! Totally recommended!★

Wonderful tour guides and facilities. This is our third zip line tour in Puerto Vallarta. We were looking for simplicity and the core activity - and it was nice that they had food and transportation as well.
We purchased from *** the day before, within an hour we had our confirmation and detailed instructions for a meeting place. The typical big truck met us on time (I would prefer a more comfortable ride and hired a van myself, but then again, the kids hadn't gone through this part yet so we had to keep with that part of the experience).
Once on site it was right to business after a bathroom and bug spray break. Ask around for bug spray if you forgot some (they also sold some) - we were happy to share and gosh there were some bugs but not on our skin!
The guides were spectacular, my phone was in the locker during introductions so I hope I do it justice for Jose, Javier, Johan, Israel, and Hernando? Our group of 8 ran from 10 to 80 years old (no kidding), we were treated like family throughout and enjoyed a great experience. We really enjoyed the other families along for the ride, it was a good time. The climbs were mangeable for all of our ages, a little tamer than some of the hikes we've been on between lines. The lines appeared good - and my larger frame never felt like a problem.
Photographs were good and reasonable. Food was pretty good, a nice respite before going back on the big truck. The driver worked with us to make our return to the hotel more convenient on the return my dropping us at a stop closer to our resort in Nuevo Vallarta. Only thing I would change is offer a different transportation mode. Our driver was great, but I'd like the extra time at the pool if we could express ourselves in and out.
