It worked right away at the airport, connected via Wi-Fi. You have to select "data roaming" in the cellular network settings!!!
The coverage is stable, I used it in Da Nang. I took 1 GB per day for surfing the internet, sometimes using Google Maps, Instagram, and YouTube. The Wi-Fi at the hotel was more than enough. I took it for 5 days to test it out, and extended it for another 15 ;)★

It works like 5G, with a 53 ping and 10-20 MB speed. It definitely works better than Airlo in Vietnam; we used it for a few days. The eSIM works better and is more stable here.★

The eSIM worked perfectly the whole time I was in Vietnam. Straightforward to install - I screen shot the QR code and sent it to my husband by WhatsApp, so I could open it in his phone then use my phone’s camera to install it. Can’t fault it and a reasonable price.★

I haven't contacted support, so I can't comment. The connection quality is excellent; I used it on my computer, and it works perfectly. Installing it on my phone was easy. It's very convenient to always be in touch, especially at such a reasonable price.★
