We were thrilled with our tour guide and over all experience. Our tour guide, Rolo, was so knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to the needs of the group. We loved that he allowed us to simply enjoy the wildlife while he took care of taking the majority of the photos which he sent to us via WhatsApp after the tour. We were thrilled to learn that he was also our guide for the Hanging Bridges tour which we thoroughly enjoyed.

It was a new experience for us, and we were a little apprehensive, but Bruce helped us fall in love with the beauty of nocturnal animal life. We saw tent-building bats, sleepy snakes, two-toned spectacled caimans, and the most feared of all, the terciopelo (a type of fer-de-lance). We also saw many frogs, a sloth asleep in the treetop, butterflies, crocodiles, alligators, turtles, spiders, lizards, and many more insects, all going about their nightly routines. We returned with a wealth of new knowledge that Bruce kindly shared with us. He also took photos and videos that he shared with us, and they are wonderful memories. It was an incredible experience!

This was one of the highlights of my trip to Costa Rica - I was so scared to try but I had so much fun and as a complete beginner in her 50’s actually managed to surf! This was all thanks to Isaac who is the most professional, patient and fun teacher - I laughed as much as I fell into the water. The waves are sometimes high but the water is so warm and I always felt safe. If you are considering this activity - do it!!

It was a lot of fun. 2 thumbs up from my teenagers and husband! Pedro helped us get a parking spot and made recommendations of where to buy snacks. Surfing guides were patient and kind. Logan, a photographer from CA (not affiliated with ***) took pictures and airdropped them all for a small sum- way better than the pictures I took.


