I wish I would have known in advance about the ongoing renovations and the need to upgrade if we wanted to have a meal at the restaurant or sit at the bar. Nice view. There was confusion about elevator operation. (There was no direction regarding where to board and where to debark.)

It was awe inspiring and we had a great guide named Colton. He was very informative and caring. Even offered to give my nephew a piggy back ride when he realized the BAT was a bit too difficult and the walk up was getting overwhelming. Thank you for the great tour and for your kindness.
