When I booked the day before, there were no parking spaces left. The tour leader contacted me proactively and sincerely helped me book tickets so that we could go smoothly. He also checked with us on the day of the trip. He was very thoughtful and grateful!★

No-fuss pick-up and drop-off. You get to explore the waterfall for about 90 mins. As this is a group tour it is also subject to other participants being punctual for pick-up at hotel and departure from waterfall. We have had people who returned late and delayed us. The driver was patient and professional throughout and to his credit did wait for those latecomers but in the end when two persons didn’t return to the car he had to drive off after a protracted wait for them. Overall I nightly recommend this as a good value tour, cheaper than others I have found.★

I highly recommend it! The observation deck and Wat Prathat Doi Suthep temple are incredibly beautiful. The nighttime drive to it is equally beautiful. I don't think the complex is as impressive during the day as it is at night. Wat Umong Temple is also interesting in its own way. The tour itself is well organized, the minibus is good, the guide knows all the answers to all your questions, and is polite and attentive.★
