We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off at G8 office in Sapa, then transfer to the VIP cabin bus to Hanoi. Upon arriving in Hanoi, we were dropped off at a roadside where we were told to wait for another smaller bus to transfer to our Hanoi hotel. Overall the ride was comfortable, we choose the lower deck compartment. Mr Hang from the service provider was responsive and prompt in answering our questions.★

The bus was very clean, nice, and well-maintained. If you're not comfortable with overland travel, it's best to book a lower seat, as the upper seats can be quite bumpy.★

Clean and comfortable travel from Hanoi to Sapa. We just hope they have service to pick you up at your hotel to the bus station and to your next hotel accomodation. Overall, very satisfied.
