The sleeper bus exceeded my expectations 🚌✨ The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. This trip was incredibly comfortable because they picked me up from my accommodation on the way to Sapa and dropped me off back at Hanoi's Old Quarter on the return trip. So convenient! I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. I was very impressed ❤️★

Excellent service. They took us from the hotel by minibus to a larger bus, took us to Sapa, and then back. We were dropped off at the bus drop-off point and then taken back to the hotel. Everything went great, and the cost wasn't too high.★
