The signal and network speed are both great. I don't know how those negative reviews came about. I'm using an iPhone 17 Pro with this eSIM and the experience is excellent, including in Seoul. I also went to Busan and the signal was still great. The key is the affordable price. I'll definitely buy this again next time I go to Korea.

I use this service all the time! I don't use customer support so I can't comment on that, but I always book through this service when a phone number is included. However, there's almost no signal at crowded live music venues. Nothing connects! Lol! It usually works without any problems.
