Jackie is very professional and patient with the crew. His English is good, and he gives a warm smile to every tourist in the tour crew. Aside from that, he is also rather humourous, cracking up silly jokes that gets everyone giggling. Overall, Jackie is a very good tourist guide.

This day trip to Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort and Ubi Valley Glacier was a fantastic experience overall! The transportation from Seoul was smooth, and the tour guide was incredibly friendly and attentive, clearly explaining the itinerary and important information along the way, which was very reassuring. It was especially thoughtful for our family with children. The ski resort was well-equipped, and the instructors provided clear explanations, allowing even first-time skiers to quickly pick up the skills. The kids had a blast! The glacier scenery at Ubi Valley was spectacular, perfect for taking beautiful photos. The entire itinerary was perfectly timed, not too rushed. The clothing rental process was smooth, and the staff were very friendly. It was a fulfilling and worthwhile day trip, highly recommended for families with children or anyone wanting to experience winter activities in Korea! I would definitely go again next time! 👍

The tour is exceptional and highly recommended. Our guide, Ray, provided in-depth insights into Korean history throughout the entire excursion. Very interesting. The entrance to the third tunnel and the observation deck are unforgettable experiences.

I joined this tour as a solo traveler, and I did not feel alone. Whether you want to be alone or not, the staff was incredibly friendly. I had a great time at the ski resort, the slopes were good, but I think the highlight was the friendly and informative staff. I would not mind joining this tour again. I could live without seeing the ice cliff, but we were still given a good amount of time at the ski resort that it felt like I didn't have to rush.

I was extremely satisfied with the entire trip 👍 I was so lucky that we were the only ones on the tour today
it was a private tour
this time we chose a 9-seater vehicle
the driver and guide were very professional
they told us the travel time at each attraction so we could rest well 😉The travel time was plenty of time for us to enjoy ourselves 👏They even took beautiful group photos for us đŸ«ąWe felt really pampered
I would recommend it to friends going to Korea đŸ„°
