It's comfortable and fast. I found this train on my first trip to Korea and tried it out. It's not particularly inconvenient even if you don't speak Korean. The scenery is beautiful, so it's a pleasant ride. However, there is also a bus from the airport, so you might want to prioritize that even if it costs more. This train only goes as far as Seoul, so you'll need to transfer.★

During my trip to Seoul, I had a special experience using WOWPASS. It's incredibly convenient!
First, you can top up your account directly at the machine with foreign currency or a credit card. It's quick and easy, eliminating the need to exchange a lot of Korean won. For daily subway and bus travel, I simply swipe the card, completely replacing T-money and saving me the hassle of buying a separate transportation card.
Even better, WOWPASS can be used directly at convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes, effectively using one card for both transportation and shopping. The app is also very intuitive, allowing you to instantly check your balance and spending history.
Overall, WOWPASS is a very practical card for travelers in Seoul. Combining transportation and payment functions significantly reduces the need to carry cash. My experience was excellent, and I'll definitely get one again when I visit Korea again!★

Booking with Trip.com was very convenient, but the only thing I didn't find was where to redeem my ticket and the route at Seoul Station. It was like a maze, and I had to rely on photos taken by other Google users to find the Airport Express entrance. You then had to redeem your ticket at the machine to get a printed ticket. There were also time limits for entry; you had to enter within half an hour before the train. (I saw others arriving early and not being able to get in.)★

I couldn't exchange for physical ticket at the automatic booth. So I asked the staff at the information booth, she scanned the QR and issue the ticket for me. Luckily I could catch the bus which is 1 min from departing. 😁 The overall exprience was good. The bus is directly from COEX and ICN so I didn't have to worry about having to wait for the next bus if there's no seat available like other bus that have stops in between. Staff at the bus station and the driver are all friendly and helpful. I will use the service it again if I stay in Southern Seoul next time.★

They seats were so comfy! I was able to charge my phone while on the bus and I slept through the whole drive due to the comfort and the curtains! There was a pit stop halfway through the drive to allow everyone to buy drinks and food but also so that people could stretch there legs!
