What a delightful day from start to finish, it could not have been better. Laurent met us on time & drove us through the countryside to a wine tasting at Domaine Guajal. There we learnt about the Picpoul grape variety of the area, & how they vary the taste through different fermentation methods. After that we drove on to view the impressive Thau lagoon, glistening in the sunshine & much larger than we expected. Laurent took us to an amazing hidden restaurant above an oyster processing area, a wonderful surprise. With the beautiful backdrop of the Thau lagoon we indulged in fantastic local oysters as part of the tour, with the option of ordering more wonderful shellfish for our lunch. It was paradise! We would never have found it without the benefit of Laurent’s local knowledge. Great company, an enjoyable & informative day, highly recommended. Thank you Laurent.

Wonderful outing with Olivier, he gave good instructions, fun kayak along the coast and through caves. Some history information about the local area. So good to see Sete from the water.

i really liked the city and its people, the weather was great, the food was awesome, prices a bit more expensive than spain. it had a good nightlife, my hostel was near to the city center so i could walk all the city.


