I book this trip excellent server as only issue the Guide is not speaking English. It is good for the Chinese speaking Customer as a foreigner is very hard to explain our understand so such a big group they need at least one good translator with it.The

Great! I highly recommend it! The views are incredible! I really enjoyed it for a change of pace! Book on trip.com, they send you a code, exchange it for a ticket at the pier, choose a departure time, and it's amazing! Everything went smoothly. I warned them that the text message wouldn't arrive, wrote to the tour organizer, and they sent it to my email and also sent it to me in the trip.com chat. Pier 1, Terminal 1, is easy to find; it's on the maps! For evening trips, leave for the boarding point 1.5-2 hours in advance; traffic jams can occur! Or take the subway without traffic. On the boat, we bought extra seats at a table for ¥100 per person, and the price included ice cream and biscuits!

This tour is awesome, I had a really wonderful time with Linda as our guide. We went through Yu Garden and the Temple and Linda gave a full history of the architecture, city, the cultural context and stories of the people who build these places, it was so interesting and very in-depth. We spent a little extra time trying tea and then she recommended some amazing local restaurants for dinner. I had booked the one that includes a ticket for the river tour and Linda stayed extra to walk me to the terminal and see me off at the boat. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time and had everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone else! Thank you for everything Linda <3

Had a lovely time on the tour, great scenes at night time. Board early if you can, or pay extra for priority seats/views (only available onboard). Our tour guide Annie was friendly and helpful, even providing a history of the buildings we passed.

The boat trip takes about 45-50 minutes. The first and second floors are air-conditioned, but the third floor isn't. They even fenced off half of the third floor with tables and chairs. I don't know if they provide drinks, but to enter this enclosed VIP space, you have to pay ¥100, which is honestly not cheap. I had high expectations for the Huangpu River night cruise, but after experiencing it, I think the sightseeing boats at Clarke Quay in Singapore have a much better atmosphere!
