There was no air conditioning, no fan running, and it was too stuffy. Sometimes, when explaining a dish, they would project a slide onto the guest's plate, but the server wouldn't remove the previous dish's plate before the projection, so the guest couldn't see the projection. Despite these shortcomings, the performance was excellent, and the food quality was very good.★

We booked a day before going to Hong Kong from Shenzen. Once booked the confirmation came through fast. The next day the shuttle service contracted us through WeChat and all the information was sent to us to make sure we are ready. Location, vehicle information, and time for pickup. It was very smooth setup. The driver was there on time and even took pictures of the location for us to show up. He helped us move in the luggage and we were on the way. The drive to Hong Kong from Shenzhen was smooth and took us less than about 1 hour door to door. Excellent service and I would do it again.Trip.com picks
