I booked a one-way bus transfer service from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong Jiuzhaigou, and I received the driver's contact information via email around 5 PM the day before. When I used other products, I usually received a notification via WeChat, so I had to wait until 9 PM to check my email just in case. It would have been better if the product description had stated that notifications would be sent via email. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything else.

Very convenient. The bus is new and spacious. There's no need to carry your luggage on board as there's plenty of storage space under the bus. The day before, the staff sent the bus registration number along with a picture and the location on amap, so I didn't have to worry about boarding the bus at the wrong spot.

A great journey overall~ Only two of us signed up for this trip and we decided to hike. Mark is a great guide and very knowledgable. It’s a fun and wonderful trip and we even have a red panda coming up for a nice portrait shot.

We took a one-day trip to Pipinggou with this company and it was great. The guide and driver were very attentive, communicating and preparing for the trip well, ensuring a safe journey. Highly recommend them. They even provide hotel pick-up service.

The museum is a must-see. However, the audiobook is only available in English. This world treasure deserves international recognition, as the exhibition is magnificent, from the building itself to the exhibits.
