Enjoyable way to spend half a day at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended. At the Canyon do take a boat ride even though the cave was not as special as my photo might suggest but the boat ride itself is still worth it. In case you are tempted by the roast sweet corn (nice) at the canyon they are 100d each whereas in the city they are 60-70d.

Our guide was fantastic, and we thank him very much. The only problem was that the air conditioning in the transfer vehicle was inadequate, making the journey incredibly hot. Other than that, everything was great.

This tour was amazing! Our tour guide Charko Jordan was extremely professional and tought us everything we needed to know about Macedonian history, culture and nature. Matka Canyon looked as beautiful as in the pictures. We took the boat trip to the cave and then back again. After Matka we went to the mountains and first visited a village there, and then we ended out tour with the cabelcar to the cross.


