Reviews: 1-day tour to Salina Slănic Prahova (Mina Unirea) in Romania (including admission ticket, round-trip from Bucharest)
Guest User2025-02-04
Fantastic! Excellent! Book your hotel in advance, confirm the nearest meeting point, and then place your order. After ordering, check your email for the itinerary and confirm the meeting time and location. The merchant won't contact you beforehand; just arrive early on the day and wait. The bus will pick you up on time. The guide will provide commentary along the way, and there will be time to buy bread and coffee for refreshments. Once you arrive at the salt mine, the guide will take you to the entrance by scenic bus. After agreeing on the tour duration and meeting time, you're free to explore. The return trip is also to the same meeting point. So efficient!

Reviews: From Bucharest: Salt Mine & Snagov Monastery Dracula's Tomb

I want to preface this by saying im quite picky about tours I go on. I usually prefer to go solo but this tour was excellent. Instructions were clear and they sent a photo of the van so we knew exactly where to meet. Andreea was fantastic and we had a great day. We got to the Salt mine early, so we enjoyed it before any crowds. I would recommend this to anyone and I would go on more tours of this company if I was staying longer in Romania.

Reviews: Bucharest: Slanic Salt Mine Day Trip
Guest User2026-10-10
An experience not to be missed! Hidden 208 meters underground is this incredible place: the Slănic Prahova Salt Mine, the largest in Europe. A vast underground city, it boasts countless playgrounds, a lake, a spectacular waterfall of stalactites, a church, a restaurant, a shop, and even a planetarium! But the most surprising thing is something else: the air here is so pure that many people visit the salt mine to benefit from its unique microclimate, ideal for respiratory health. The entire tour was beautifully organized, our guide was excellent, and the journey was not tiring at all. If you're planning a tour of Romania, departing from Bucharest, this is an experience you can't miss! And with the code LAPINZ5, you'll also get a discount!

Andreea and the driver ( Daniel i think) was excellent, both of them smiled and very helpful. The trip was very good organized. The only thing was that the bus has small seats. All the other things was perfect. I will do it again.
