Yuliana, our guide, was incredibly attentive; it's clear someone loves their job. She explained tons of interesting facts with enviable patience, even though we had a few unexpected medical issues. The experience was fantastic, both in Rila, despite the cold, and during the cave visit. She was always ready to help with anything we needed, and for €19, both the place and the experience were well worth it.
