The itinerary was great. After exchanging tickets at the meeting point, we boarded the bus at the time we purchased. It was essentially a sightseeing bus with commentary (in English). Afterwards, we took a boat trip to see the lake scenery. Tickets for the chocolate factory were sold out on the official website, so I bought this instead. It was a good experience.★

It was a wonderful experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and offered to help us navigate the transportation system until the end of the day. The bus was very comfortable on a rainy day, and the Lindt factory was stunning. Highly recommended.★

Carsten was a very friendly, funny, knowledgeable guide. He altered the trip to fit better what we wanted; I really appreciated that. I recommend this trip IF you just want to get to Liechtenstein and see some Swiss countryside.
