Trip.com Customer service is very satisfied, and all kinds of questions can be answered patiently. When taking the train, you must figure out the direction. Even if you arrive early, you can queue up in accordance with the no-booked way. On August 10, 2025, there was a lot of traffic to Jungfrau on this day, but there was basically no long queue.
