My wife and I enjoy unique experiences when we travel. Being invited into a local’s home to cook and chat was very special for us. Gisela was a wonderful hostess. She said most people want to make Pasta, but we asked about one day out for ravioli’s. She has premade the veal pate that would be the meat for the raviolis. But we did almost all the rest of the prep under her supervision. Her home was walking distance from our hotel on the main strip in Stresa. It was just a wonderful evening. Highly recommend this event.

Great family activity. Be warned, it's a steep climb before you get there. But it was worth it.

I have been on many tours through the years. My husband and I are 70. Micaela is truly the best tour guide we have ever had. She is very professional, kind and enjoyable, sharing her extreme knowledge of this area with such enthusiasm. We also went to Sacro Monte on the way to Orta and San Guilio. This was a special treat.
