After purchasing, I was able to immediately register it with OneQ on my iPhone, and the Trip app's UI was very user-friendly. As soon as I arrived in Japan, it was converted to AU, giving me unlimited data, making it incredibly convenient for using Google Maps on my trip! I highly recommend this SIM card to anyone traveling to Japan!

I ordered two eSIM cards. One for me and one for my wife. For some reason, the connection didn't work in China, which was disappointing at first. Then it turned out I needed to enable roaming in the SIM card settings (iPhone 17). And I got a connection in the Philippines. The reception is pretty good, you can even make video calls.

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.
