I prefer eSIMs for international travel, and when I found this one, I was honestly quite skeptical, thinking, "Wow, it's so cheap, is it really okay?" But I figured that at this price, even if it didn't work, I could always buy a physical SIM locally, so I decided to give it a try. In the end, it worked perfectly fine and smoothly throughout my trip, and I'm really glad I chose it! However, there were a few times when I had to put my phone in airplane mode, and after disabling it, the SIM didn't seem to work at all, leaving me completely helpless for a while, which was quite worrying. After turning the power off and on a few times, it started working again, which was a relief. I didn't use customer service, so I'll rate it as average. I was really happy with this experience, and I'll definitely order from them again next time!

Worked great, exactly as advertised.  WiFi had some connection problems in China, but this mobile data, had almost none!!!  Cannot believe the mobile data was more stable, faster, and more reliable than the local WiFi!  Great!  Thank you, will definitely use again.... @Trip.com, please make it clearer that there is a usage counter available, it is really useful! However, I only just found it after months of using your eSims!!!

I highly recommend this hotel. The guy at the reception, Huanyabei, was very polite and helpful with everything. He even remembered where I lived. There were also a lot of gifts. Overall, the service was very pleasant. I recommend it to everyone. Good afternoon.

It's true that it's cheaper than buying at the counter, the 4G signal is fast and reliable, and the staff at the counter are very helpful. Remember to bring your passport when picking up the SIM card; one passport can only be used to receive one SIM card.
