I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but I'm doing this because I'm truly satisfied. Customer service representative Charlotte was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions. It was thanks to her that I booked three trips, including one three months from now. The driver/guide I met on the day was also wonderful. She's a Xinjiang girl, not Dilraba Dilmurat, but she was professional, efficient, and kind.★

A fantastic itinerary – from porcelain (it felt like being in Europe), to temples (the views from the top were amazing), torii gates, experiencing traditional hot springs, and of course, a library. Our guide, Yang Meng, was also excellent :-) Her English is fluent, and she took great care of the group. Her photography skills are superb too :-)★

Everything worked perfectly and reliably; it was the best idea I had before heading off on vacation. We had internet access as early as Shanghai and throughout our entire time in Bali.
