This trip was incredibly worthwhile! We saw all the major attractions in one trip. I was initially worried the itinerary would be too rushed, but it wasn't at all. We left very early, and each attraction had 1-1.5 hours, which was more than enough time, allowing for rest during the boat rides. The pink sand beach was stunning, formed by red and white corals that looked pink to the naked eye. The snorkeling spot had spectacular coral reefs; we even saw sharks and turtles. The sunset and the bat migration were my favorite parts. We sat together at the bow of the boat, enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sunset. The bat migration after sunset was absolutely breathtaking—thousands upon thousands of bats returning home together! It was truly amazing how nature works! Finally, I must especially thank customer service. Their 24/7 online support was reassuring. I made a mistake—I only realized I booked the wrong dates at 11 pm the night before—but thankfully, customer service was quick to help me resolve the issue. Otherwise, I really wouldn't know what to do. Five stars are well-deserved!★

At the last minute, this was the only tour company still accepting bookings. I was initially worried about their reliability based on the descriptions and reviews, but thankfully Trip.com offered free cancellation. So I booked, completed the arrangements, and provided the necessary documents. They picked us up from the Ayana lobby promptly at 6 AM the next morning. We embarked on the cruise and completed six classic itineraries. The entire tour was highly professional and dedicated, with excellent planning for every stop. A highly recommended tour. I'm very grateful to them for helping us obtain our seafaring permits at the last minute, allowing us to set sail smoothly.★

There was a small problem at the beginning; we bought four tickets, but the staff at the venue said they only saw three. However, Ctrip customer service resolved the issue very quickly. The trip was still quite good; we went snorkeling and saw bats.Trip.com picks
