We couldn't figure it out the first time, the instructions are really complicated. I'll describe everything step by step: 1. Pay for your metro fare and you receive an email with an icon in the upper right corner, click on it (circled); 2. An insert for filling in your email will appear (a digital code will be sent there); 3. An insert where you need to write the code will appear (it's better to do all 3 steps at home); 4. After you activate the pass, barcodes will appear, there are 3 of them, we need the top one (I circled it); 5. After that, a QR code will appear and the seconds will start counting down; 6. Place it on the turnstile (it's white and not all turnstiles have it); 7. An arrow and a notification will appear; 8. Go through. But when you exit, start over from points 2, 4, 5, 6, 7. You must always go to Trip.com to open the travel pass and then follow the instructions. Therefore, if you are traveling with a group, pay and send the travel pass to different post offices so that everyone can open it independently.
