It's definitely worth the experience, and I highly recommend every visitor to Cairns to take a boat tour. The kids loved it, especially the water slide (apparently the only one on any boat), the snorkeling, and seeing sea turtles swimming right around us โ it was incredibly therapeutic. There was a bit of discomfort on the way there, but I didn't feel anything on the way back; I'm not sure if it was because my body adjusted or if it was a matter of going with or against the current.โ

We were so lucky to have met Luke, a very professional guide! His decades-long background in nature research allowed him to seize every opportunity to educate us about the plants and animals we encountered during our rainforest trek. The overall itinerary for the day trip was perfect โ a good amount of exercise without being tiring, and the timing of each activity was well-planned. It was a very enjoyable experience!โ

The entire Great Barrier Reef trip was very fulfilling, and the crew's service was excellent. Remember to check in for the helicopter as soon as you board; we were among the first to check in. We took the helicopter once we reached the outer reef. The weather wasn't great on the way there, but it cleared up when we took the helicopter, and the colors of the Great Barrier Reef were truly beautiful. The food on board was also quite good (especially the fruit, which was very good; I felt a bit dizzy at the time, and the fruit made me feel much better). There was some free bread on the ship on the way there and back. Before leaving, all the crew members would stand in a row to say goodbye. You definitely have to take a helicopter trip! Unfortunately, I didn't go snorkeling, but my wife and child went into the water. They said they could see fish underwater, and I took picture 2 from the bottom glass of the ship. The helicopter registration staff on the ship spoke Chinese, and there were also other staff who spoke Chinese, which was great. If you want to try other submarine activities, you can check the ship's schedule and arrange your own time accordingly. Just go and queue up when it's time. Each activity is located in a different area on the ship. Also, please note that you should wear a light swimsuit. The rash guard on the boat is necessary if you're going during the summer holidays; it might be a little chilly without one, but it will be just right. There are plenty of rash guards available in different sizes. You don't need to bring your own fins, snorkel, or goggles; there are plenty. I only brought my own goggles and snorkel. If you're concerned about hygiene, you can bring your own snorkel. The lockers on the boat are small, so just grab something convenient to pack your things. Generally, no one uses them; everyone's busy enjoying themselves.๎ฅ
