The boat departed on time, and the ticket office is just a few meters from the dock! Booking the boat tour should also include a ticket for the hop-on hop-off bus! Unfortunately, this wasn't the case! A shame, otherwise we would have given it 5 stars!

A truly worthwhile trip. We travelled in December 2025 from South Africa and had a wonderful experience. We loved freely exploring the streets of Colonia del Sacramento. Natalia (hope I have her name right) was absolutely lovely ,funny, patient, and a joy to be around.

Shelly was a great tour guide she left no stone unturned very social able, talkative, attentive and knowledgeable of the area. Despite the rain she made the best of it. Gave us free time (if you didn't choose the snack option) to shop, eat much appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and seeing what was beyond the city of PalmeroSoho. Would recommend

Please update the meeting point instructions! There is no “building under construction”. We were dropped off at the address indicated and had a long walk around an apartment block to find the office.

Oriana did a great job leading the tour and providing historical and popular information about the area. The ferry ride was relaxing and picturesque and the lunch was very good in a lovely air conditioned restaurant. Tigre is a lovely area to visit and we enjoyed this tour.

Fernando is a true gentleman. He is punctual and very easy going. He will tailor the tour to suit your needs and let you explore at your own pace. His audio guide system in multiple languages is very clear and easy to understand. I mainly spoke broken Spanish with him and he was happy to accommodate. Due to an issue with flight delays, I missed my first day in Buenos Aires. Day 1 I planned to explore solo. Day 2 I planned to see the remaining sights with the help of Fernando. I have just returned to the hotel and, with the help of Fernando, will be able to leave this beautiful city without missing a thing! Honestly, I cannot fault this tour nor can I thank Fernando enough for helping save my holiday! You will be so glad you booked. PS remember to bring a bank card with you. You will need it as collateral to enter Recoleta Cemetery.


