The driver and tour guide, Xiao Cheng, were incredibly responsible. From the moment we picked them up, they provided detailed guidance throughout the trip. Even though the elderly gentleman and lady in our group weren't interested in shopping at the outlet mall, the tour guide immediately offered to help them find photo spots near Mount Fuji, and to find comfortable places to eat and relax, without showing any impatience. On our return trip, we opted not to join the tour back to Tokyo, but instead found a hotel at the foot of Mount Fuji to enjoy a hot spring bath. The driver even took us to the hotel before leaving, as getting a taxi is very difficult despite Mount Fuji being a famous tourist attraction. We were extremely grateful to him. For those traveling from Tokyo to Mount Fuji, I highly recommend this day tour; it saves a lot of hassle, and the small group size makes it very convenient.★

A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. He arranged the itinerary and time reasonably and explained the precautions for sightseeing in great detail.★

I went on a trip to Tokyo with my family, and thanks to the Tokyo Metro Pass, I was able to save on transportation costs. Tokyo's subway network is so well-established that relying solely on the subway is sufficient without needing any other means of transport. I highly recommend this as a must-have item for your trip to Tokyo.★

The one-day tour of Mount Fuji was excellent. Our guide, Hiraki, was fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, making communication seamless and providing meticulous care for everyone. Fantastic! This is my first time using the Tokyo wide pass (3 days) as I am more used to using the National JR pass which I will buy for my japan trip. The redemption of the pass as done at Tokyo Station. The ticketing staff was polite and explain to me how to use the pass and the limitation of it. They also help me to book the seat for the shinkansen trip to karuizawa. This time round I use my pass to visit 2 places. Which was karuizawa and Hitachi Seaside park. Hitachi Seaside park was a long time wish to visit as I like to see the flower bed over there and experience the nice scenery which it provided. Karuizawa was fun too but would recommend a stay or 2 over there to fully experience it. Overall the pass is easy to use and I would recommend it if u intend to visit Tokyo or other places which the pass can cover.
