A visit not to be missed, however it is better to opt for the guided tour, it is more expensive but it is definitely worth the expense.

Fantastic! It was a really great experience, thanks in part to the guides who were attentive and professional, offering recommendations and assistance. The places were beautiful, Burano was gorgeous, and the food was wonderful. The Murano glasswork and lace weavings were truly admirable.

I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.
