Reviews: 1-day tour to Noboribetsu, Lake Tōya & Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley & observation deck in Hokkaido, Japan
Guest User2026-10-18
The itinerary was excellent, a fantastic day trip! Every attraction was wonderful, and we wanted more! The tour guide and driver were both very nice! Especially our guide, Jenny, whose explanations were exceptional and very professional 👍. She seamlessly switched between English and Chinese, was very funny and humorous, took great care of everyone, and even helped us take photos. Thank you so much! 🫶★

Reviews: Hokkaido Noboribetsu & Lake Toya, Cape Chikyu & Lake Shikotsu Day Tour
Guest User2026-10-04
A truly perfect autumn trip to Hokkaido! ☺️ Our tour leader, Lisa, was meticulous and responsible, introducing us to Hokkaido's local customs, scenery, and cuisine along the way, making the bus ride anything but boring. She even proactively took photos for us at scenic spots – such thoughtful and attentive service! I would definitely recommend joining a tour group next time I come in winter.★

The tour was excellent value for money. The guide was very attentive, and it was convenient to see all the highlights within one day. It's perfect for those who don't drive themselves, as there's no train access. Highly recommended!★

The driver provided excellent service. He gave clear and easy-to-understand English explanations, drove courteously and calmly, stopped for restroom breaks as requested, and was helpful in explaining the tourist attractions. I was very impressed with the service.★

Our tour guide was excellent. Everyone should definitely take the boat tour on Lake Toya; feeding the seagulls is so much fun!
