We had a great private tour to Sabaduri Forest and Jvari Monastery. Our guide, Nika K, was fantastic! He was very friendly and shared so much interesting history about the monastery. The only issue was that we visited the Sabaduri Forest in the wrong season.

Tbilisi is a mountain city, so we booked a day tour. The driver was very friendly. Our first stop was a zoo, which was actually an animal sanctuary. The driver even gave each of us a bag of fruit and asked us to feed the animals. Afterwards, we visited the Cross Monastery, perched atop a hill near the nearly 3,000-year-old ancient city of Mtskheta. At the foot of the hill, two rivers met, their waters clearly defined. The last picture shows the boarding point, near the cable car starting point; it's very easy to find.
