The online purchasing process was straightforward, and the setup was hassle-free. One important detail for fellow travellers: the connection did not activate immediately at the HCM airport immigration area. However, it connected perfectly once I reached the arrivals hall. I did have to restart my phone a couple of times to trigger the initial connection, but after that, the network coverage was excellent throughout my entire trip. Highly recommended for reliable data in Vietnam.★

Setting up the eSIM went smoothly. And I had a signal everywhere. I had ordered 2GB/day, but looking back, I think 1GB is sufficient when you are on the go (so outside the hotel) and mainly use the data for navigating with Google Maps, looking up information about places to visit (for example, museums or restaurants), or ordering a Grab taxi.
All in all, I am very satisfied and will almost certainly order the same eSIM via Trip on my next visit to Vietnam.
I did not use customer service, so initially I did not give any points. But apparently, I cannot submit my review without assigning points.★
