Perhaps due to the large number of people during the National Day holiday, the service level was somewhat lower than usual. Firstly, during check-in, I was told to pick up my room key at 2 PM, but when I arrived at 2:15 PM, I was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I went back and was told another 20 minutes. Finally, I waited 40 minutes before receiving it. Also, the set meal included complimentary fruit, but it hadn't arrived by 8 PM. I had to call to inquire before it was finally delivered. Furthermore, the dinner set meal I ordered was changed to a buffet (with limited selection) upon entering the restaurant.

Seagull Rocky Mountain Vancouver Day Trip, Guided by Lewis. Tour No. 2026-02-18-VA1. Guide Lewis was very responsible, adding two extra stops to the regular itinerary. His explanations were thorough, and he was humorous and engaging. A highly recommended Vancouver day trip!
